Oceanic hope's all our neighbors had a great Christmas and we would like to thank all that came out and supported our Annual Santa Run. We apologize that we didn't have an open house this year, but just think how good the cookies and hot chocolate is going to taste next year. Need to thank the members that made it happen this year. Also all the beautiful thank you notes and Christmas cards that came back with our fundraiser letters this year. Oceanic would like to thank all ...that generously gave. State Fire reminds New Yorkers about the importance of keeping a natural tree properly hydrated since trees can rapidly dry out, increasing the risk of fire. Al...ways keep the tree stand secure and filled with water. Do not place a tree near a heat source, including a fireplace or heat vent. Do not put a live tree up too early or leave it up for too long. Remember to have working smoke alarms. #firepreventionfriday See more
