OCV was delighted to join Providence House last night in celebrating 40 years of service to homeless women and children in NYC. Congratulations Providence House and we look forward to handing over two beautiful buildings that will continue the mission of improving the lives of New Yorkers in need! The Kelly Street Rehab & Gardens was an OCV project that turned four blighted buildings into a neighborhood boon. Five years later it continues to serve residents by growing not just food but also community.
