Yoga became a big part of my life about two years ago, and when I started thinking about doing my 200 hour certification they all encouraged me to go for it. Now, two of the three will do yoga with me and they are all excited for me to teach. My husband Bill now does #yoga with every weekend. I love doing yoga with my daughters so they feel the strength in their bodies and learn about the strength of mindfulness too Thanks to Karen’s family for supporting her growth!
