Calling all folks in the northeast US. If you haven’t pulled your herbs inside yet, do it now :)

When all that’s left from the produce delivery last week is one bunch of Swiss chard, some carrots, celery and scallions. But you have evoo in the pantry and plenty of garlic so... ta-da!

The bees are back in the Aegean this summer, doing their thing, this time on an island so remote the ferries don’t even go there. The hives were transported by fishing boat.

Branzini (thank you @oldehudson ) drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with salt and stuffed with lemon and parsley. About 8 minutes or so on the grill (both sides) and served with a dressing of @oilladi extra virgin olive oil, Greek oregano and lemon.
