This Christmas season, Old First will be working with Housing Plus to help families in need this Holiday season. This year we are asking for monetary donations for mothers and their children. To donate online, visit our Tithe.ly page and specify that your donation is for the "Christmas Gift Drive - Housing Plus". If you do not have a Tithe.ly account you may send a check to the church office with Christmas Gift Drive Housing Plus. Please send your gift before December 8th. Thanksgiving is here! Because of COVID we will not be gathering groceries in-person to deliver to CHiPS this year. Instead, please contribute through our Brooklyn Relief Kitchen (Brooklyn Relief Kitchen) who is doing work for CHiPS. You can drop off non perishable foods and cash donations at their tent outside on 7th Avenue at the corner of Carroll. Collection is Tuesday & Wednesday next week from 10-2.

"Why I Give to Old First" Leading up to Consecration Sunday on November 8th, we are asking a series of members why they give to Old First and choose to be a part of this community, whether it's in-person or virtual. This past Sunday, we heard a testimony from longtime member Karen Bulthuis, speaking to us all the way from Seattle. Thank you for sharing, Karen!
