If ever you’re looking for me, you will probably find me in the kitchen whipping something to eat. New in the culinary industry about 4 years now professionally and finding ways to enhance my skills. Ever since I saw my dad flambe a ribeye steak with butter, garlic, thyme with a splash of red wine I instantly fell in-love with fire. I was 6 years old then and held my first knife. I remember it so well because it left a mark on my right thumb. But it never stop me from learning the basics at a young age and still learning. It took me a while to start my career in the kitchen since culinary schools are really expensive. And i had to work and save up for it for many years. Hustled my way up to pay my culinary college, Alas! I graduated Culinary arts last 2017, now doing my training in Naples, Florida. Learning the art of food as much as I can from the chefs around me, from their skills and their food Culture. I like cooking Eurasian cuisines, a mixture of tropical ingredients and spices found in Asia with touch of European palate and with a little of me in the mix.
