We are excited to be able to offer a full food truck schedule to the community Thurs - Sun at ONCO (minus a day here or there). Earlier this summer, we brewed Work The Wrinkles Out, a 9.4% roasty, straightforward Imperial Stout. We reserved 3 kegs for tapping and aged the rest of the batch in a Buffalo Distilling Co. bourbon barrel for six months, then bottle conditioned this beer for two weeks. The result is a stout like no other. Without any added adjuncts, this barrel aged version pours a deep black/brown with a creamy tan head, and imparts a generous amount of bourbon notes along with hints of v...anilla, amaretto, cherry, and chocolate, set upon a roasty backbone. Join us this weekend starting Friday at 4 for special final tapping of Work the Wrinkles Out along with a tapping of the barrel aged version. The first two times we tapped the base stout, it didn't last but a minute. Limited bottles will be released to the public starting Friday at 4. There is a 2 bottle limit per person, $16/500 mL. ***Members - check your email for your invite to reserve one bottle for purchase with your $1 off discount (for pickup any time) - we need your reservation by Thursday evening or your allotment enters the public sale. It’s been a while since we said thank you. These last few trying months you have come to our taproom and made us a part of your day. You keep cleaning out our beer fridge and grabbing cans from our retail partners (Tom is the man, and the right arm we didn’t know we needed ). Beer Release! Welcome to the continual evolution of ONCO's NEIPA. Our next False Header to Remain was modified with double the oats which produces a rich creamy mouthfeel. Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. #seeyouatONCO
