In accordance with the Governor’s most recent executive order regarding essential businesses, please be assured that we will continue to operate in light of the vital role that the chiropractic profession serves within an integrated health care system. We anticipate that our proven capacity to successfully manage neuromusculoskeletal conditions that would otherwise further burden our medical system will prove to be critical in the weeks ahead. We will prioritize care for ...urgent/critical need patients, and encourage our elderly or symptomatic patients (cough, fever, or any cold- or flu-like reactions) to postpone care accordingly. Appointment scheduling will continue to reflect the previously outlined policies and protocols. We are also temporarily revising office hours to the following: Monday: 8-12, 2-6pm Tuesday: 2-6pm Wednesday: 8-12, 2-6pm Friday: 8-12, 2-6pm Saturday: 9-12pm O’Neill Chiropractic has been a family- and community-oriented business rooted in Buffalo for the past 20 years. As COVID-19 has introduced unprecedented challenges and uncertainties to our daily lives, we at O’Neill Chiropractic realize that our community of patients need to know how these circumstances may impact our business practices. For your clarity and comfort, please know that: We intend to maintain our normal business hours at this time. In light of the social distancing advisory, we have begun scheduling fewer appointments per hour. This change is intended to minimize ‘cros...s traffic’ between practice members as they enter and exit our building. Although patients and families waiting for their appointments typically do so in our common reception area, they may also elect to be seated in one of our private treatment rooms. We have implemented an hourly sanitizing protocol for all common contact surfaces in the office (door knobs, counter tops, adjusting tables, chairs and hand rails). As always, thorough hand washing and/or sanitizing is practiced by our doctors before and after every patient encounter. If anyone is experiencing cold- or flu-related symptoms, we respectfully ask that they please postpone scheduling until such time as those symptoms have subsided. We have a no cancellation fee policy, so that we may err on the side of caution and minimize potential risk to others. Despite these unique and unusual circumstances, we will strive to continue providing the quality chiropractic services that our community has come to expect after 20 amazing years in the Elmwood Village.
