That is where I feel I will see more direct change in my community, and once th...e shift in local government happens, I can see that greatly affecting the larger positions. Being recently involved with the BLM movement has inspired to take a good look at who directly is supposed to be serving me in that space, and where they need to improve, and if they in fact need to be replaced.
