Day 11: Close Encounters of the Burpee Kind We’ve already let the cat out of the bag. Today’s Hell Week workout has burpees. All kinds of ‘em. Triple-squat, hand-release, burpee to sumo squat. Day 10: Nightmare on Arms Street Arms, arms and more arms. Did we mention arms? Today’s Hell Week workout puts biceps and triceps in focus. We’ll isolate that upper body with hammer curls, shoulder presses and other moves that will leave those muscles tired but happy. Only three more workouts in Hell Week we hope you’re on your way to earning that Hell Week tee (it takes doing 4 of 12 total workouts). #HellWeek2020
Day 9: To Hill and Back Today, it’s all about inclines. We’ll keep them going at a full sprint for a full minute, then a 30-second walk, then during your recovery. Wait, really? Yes. Day 8: The Invasion of the Dumbbell Snatchers Hell Week is going full force and if one workout is going to wake you up, today will be it! Expect a lot of explosive movement as we keep your heart rate up the whole time (by the end, you’ll certainly know your way around a single-arm snatch). On the treads, distance runs will become your best friend. Hopefully by now you’ve registered for Hell Week and are on your way to completing four workouts so you can grab that Hell Week tee! #HellWeek2020
