Happy Birthday, Dr. Jolls! December 21st is a notable day in Orchard Park history as it marks the 150th birthday of Willard Burton Jolls. It was also the day work was completed on the house commissioned by Ambrose Johnson, which would become home to Dr. Jolls, his wife Ida and their housekeeper Millie Michelfelder. Burt Jolls is pictured standing next to his father in the second slide; Ambrose Johnson, who was a successful local merchant, is shown in the third picture. These pictures are from the Orchard Park Historical Society's archives.

Nan Ackerman worked tirelessly on behalf of her community and her contributions of time and talent to the Orchard Park Historical Society were remarkable. We extend our sincerest condolences to Phil and her family.
