WE ARE OPEN!!!! Osborne Flooring would like to say thank you to everyone for supporting our locally owned businesses who are shut down during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are doing the best we can during this time to meet our customer’s needs, while still following the government mandates and most importantly; protecting the health and well-being of our employees and customers. We check our phones and e-mails daily. We have begun the opening operations this week, beginning Ma...y 17th. Please call us and leave a message with any requests to schedule a measurement and we will safely accommodate that. We are limiting the amount of people per visit and fully cleaning between customers. Masks, gloves and sanitizer is at the door for your use. We’re getting ready!! Osborne Flooring has always believed in the practice of buying local and supporting other locally owned small businesses. We’d like to recognize a few of the companies helping us as we prepare for our reopening, (hopefully after this Friday, May 15th). JM Murray center custodial services: Their crew came in on Monday May 11th to clean and disinfect the showroom and employee areas. They also instructed us on daily disinfecting practices we can use t...o keep our customers and employees safe. Clean Rides Auto Detailing: Cal and his crew are washing and disinfecting our fleet of company vehicles inside and out throughout the week. They always do a great job for us. Norte’s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning: Dave has been providing top notch service in our community for many years. He will be doing a thorough steam cleaning of all the carpeting in our showroom on Friday. Thank You to these and all the other small businesses who are working together to provide services to help safely re-start our economy. It’s through this conscious effort and commitment to public safety, that we, as a community, will be able to progress through the 4 phases of re-opening.

In an effort to be responsible in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, Osborne Flooring will be temporarily closing all operations as of 5:00 P.M. Friday March 20th. Even though we may be exempt as far as our off-site installation crews, or our construction classification; we can’t, in good conscience, send our employees into your homes, possibly jeopardizing their health or yours. We value your business very much and appreciate that we are all in this together. Although we can’t legally have any staff in the store, we will be monitoring e-mails and phone messages and will keep in touch with our customers with any updates. Thank You, Richard Osborne Jr.
