Starting today at 9AM, appointments may be scheduled for the Pulaski DMV in addition to the Oswego DMV by calling our DMV appointment line at 315.349.8200. We will be opening the Pulaski DMV by appointment starting on Monday, July 20. Security screening and social distancing procedures will be in place and all customers entering the DMV must be masked.

Oswego DMV by appointment update: our DMV appointment line (315-349-8200) is taking in hundreds of calls daily and we continue to have sporadic reports of dropped calls, especially around 3PM as our phone lines close. Our vendor is working to correct that issue and we continue to monitor wait times. These phone lines are staffed daily by county DMV personnel and, currently, we do not have additional staff available to add to the phone bank. Also, please be aware that we are s...cheduling appointments into the last week in July for Oswego County residents only. We simply cannot take in additional customers from other counties at this time and maintain the services we offer. Our staff has been working daily and through the weekends to get us caught up on mail and drop box transactions in all three offices. We appreciate customers patience as we work through this pandemic and its resulting backlog of DMV work.
