Our 4-week yoga series starts Sunday with a 90-minute class...taught by 2 instructors! The devotion will focus on preparing your heart for the advent season while Erin and Allie lead you through a yoga flow that incorporates a mix of styles. The remaining 3 weeks will be a 60-minute restorative yoga class that will help to relax and restore your body and mind before the start of your week! Not able to attend in person? That's ok!
