I did not personally know Barry LaVoy but when you hear people talk about him it is nothing but great stories and discussions about how great of a guy he was. Barry was the founder of the All County Atv Club. At our last meeting we learned that the All County Atv Club was closing for a couple of reasons and their club wanted to donate some of their remaining funds and equipment to our club. We are forever grateful for people like Barry and his friends. We placed this memorial sign on our new Plank Rd bridge in honor of Barry. Nate Sweeting
