Let's do this. It's Day 2 of the Transformation Challenge, so here are a few tips to get you going: Give yourself 12-24 hours of recovery between workouts. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Your brain, muscles and heart will thank you. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep. Good-quality sleep aids in recovery and weight loss.... Most important, stick with it. Meaningful, lasting change takes time.
