OTF Victor we’d like to introduce you to our newest coach, Coach Keara! I love everything about Orangetheory Fitness! It has changed my life for the better, helping me reach my fitness and weight loss goals. My favorite type of work out as a power work out because I love the short explosive bursts on the tread, rower and floor! The coaches truly care about each and every member, and are always there to motivate me to become the best version of myself! I have been a member... at Orangetheory Fitness since October 2019! From the first day I stepped through the door, I knew that the studio and the coaches would change my life for the better! OTF Victor has become like a second family to me, and I am so grateful to take this next step to help change members lives as well. Becoming an Orangetheory Coach has been a dream of mine, and I am so excited that it became a reality! Outside of the studio, I love to spend time with my fiance and our goldendoodle Charlie, travel anywhere and everywhere (pre and post Covid) and shop till I drop! I am currently a speech pathologist in the Honeoye Falls- Lima Central school district, where I work with elementary aged children! I completed my undergraduate degree at SUNY Cortland and my masters at Nazareth College! Give her a follow @kearalowenhar and an air high next time you see her in the studio!

Log your distance during the month of November and see how far you can push it. The treads are waiting and our coaches are ready to cheer you on.
