Date March 17, 2020 Dear Patients and Friends: COVID-19 Update... We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID- 19) closely as well as the recommendations and guidelines set out by state and local governments. We will continue to monitor and review all pertinent updates. At this time, we are taking meticulous cleaning and safety precautions to help keep our patients and staff all healthy. We will remain open until further notice. If you are prone to respiratory disease, have a compromised immune system, or not feeling well, we kindly ask that you please stay home and protect yourself and your family. If you currently have any flu like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, or trouble breathing we ask you not to come to the office and encourage you to follow up to see if you qualify for the COVID-19 lab test. CALL 1-888-364-3065. (The NYS COVID-19 HOTLINE) In the meantime, your best plan is to stay healthy, support your immune system, get plenty of rest, water and fresh air! As we continue to keep apprised of all pertinent updates from the New York State Department of Health and other agencies, we will modify our plan accordingly.
