I started using P&D during the shutdown and I can't stop! Best meat around. Fresh and custom cut. Dina is amazing. She is so accommodating and wonderful to work with. Please give them a try. You won't be sorry!! (Hot sausage and chicken cutlets are my favorite!)

My daughter-in-law has brought me almost every type of meat from P&D. Now I remember why my mom’s food was so delicious. It was because she always bought her ...meat from neighborhood butchers. If you can get to these guys, please do. The sausage is so edible, it’s incredible. I can only say, where’s the grit, grizzle, the tough to eat casings . The sausage is so delicious The casings are thin and chewable, and the meat inside is grit and grizzle free, melting in your mouth! The ground beef even looks fresh in it’s package. So red on the outside, and when you dig in to make your burgers, it is red all the way through. This is meat at it’s finest. And to top it off, she brings it to me vacuum sealed. The saying is Once you eat steak, you wont want to go back to hamburger. But being that I am 70 miles away from these guys, I am forced to settle for day old, or previously frozen garbage. I don’t know what the prices are because my son and daughter-in-law won’t take my money. But like with my mechanic, I know that I am getting my car fixed at a small shop with only an honest family of professional mechanics working on it, so I pay without a question, and with a smile! I know that If I was back in Yonkers with the supermarket in walking distance, I would in the blink of an eye, get in my car an drive to P&D. Just go there and all of your meals will be gourmet, even you everyday hamburger. Oh, I didn’t even mention the steaks, oh those steaks!
