What a creation!! Our delicious red sauce on fresh dough, Italian sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, fresh mozz, shredded mozz, dropped ricotta, Parmesan, meatballs and banana peppers! We call it the papa!

This weeks wine feature! Grignolino!!!! Little is known about this wine and it isn’t widely consumed. I think it’s a hidden gem! Grignolino is a grape grown in the Piedmont region (northwestern Italy near the French Border). The name comes from the Italian word for many pips or seeds. This wine is acidic and high in tannin from the plethora of seeds in the grapes. It’s light bodied, bright fruit characteristics and delicious. 14.5% ABV. ... It’s deffinately worth a try! I’ve always enjoyed it!!
