Dulce de Leche Bites INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup sliced almonds 3 tablespoons granulated sugar... 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 6 sheets (9 x 14 inches) thawed, frozen phyllo dough 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 can (13.4 ounces) dulce de leche 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups assorted fresh berries such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries Powdered sugar (optional) DIRECTIONS 1 Preheat oven to 350F. Grate almonds with Microplane Adjustable Fine Grater. Combine almonds, granulated sugar and cinnamon in (1-cup) Prep Bowl. Lay one sheet of phyllo on Large Grooved Cutting Board; brush with melted butter using Chef's Silicone Basting Brush and sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of the almond mixture using Adjustable Measuring Spoon. Repeat two times to create phyllo stack, 3 sheets high. 2 Using Pizza Cutter, cut phyllo stack into 12 squares. Press squares into wells of Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan with Mini-Tart Shaper. Repeat entire process with remaining three sheets phyllo, butter and remaining almond mixture for a total of 24 squares. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and crisp. Remove from oven to Stackable Cooling Rack to cool. 3 Whisk dulce de leche and cream cheese in Classic Batter Bowl with Stainless Whisk until smooth. Attach open star tip to Easy Accent Decorator; fill with cream cheese mixture and pipe evenly into phyllo shells. Hull strawberries with Core & More; slice using Egg Slicer Plus. Garnish each phyllo cup with berries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar using Flour/Sugar Shaker, if desired.

Oh my goodness..... can you say yummy!!! S'more Cookies Use refrigerated sugar cookie dough and bake as instructions say Roll out the dough, place your chocolate on the dough and as many marshmallows as you would like then place another piece of dough over the top and "crimp" the edges. Add a sucker stick if you want and make it a cookie on a stick... Bake using cookie dough heating instructions. See more

Who needs something yummy for the weekend? Here ya go! Loaded Baked Potato Chip Dip..... Loaded Baked Potato Chip Dip... This dip can easily be served with chips, crackers, veggies, pita chips, or pretzels. Ingredients: 16 ounces sour cream 2 tablespoons hot sauce 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled cup chopped green onions Directions: In a bowl, mix sour cream and hot sauce. Add in shredded cheese, bacon and green onions. Leaving a little bit of each for garnish. Mix well. Put in serving bowl and garnish with leftover cheese, bacon, and green onions. Serve with potato chips, pita chips, pretzels, crackers, or waffle fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Tip: Coat your blueberries or other fresh berries lightly in flour before folding them into baked goods to prevent them from sinking to the bottom! Just give them a rinse, and toss in 1/4 cup flour per cup of fruit.
