Central Park Station chartered as Troop 12 by President Taft.

Amtrak passing the Central Park Belt Line Station in Buffalo. Work on the main track meant the passenger trains were rerouted on the Belt Line. Thanks to Brian W from Amtrak who shot the photo and sent it to me on request of my property manager.

The Original Turkey Trot starting line in 1897 was the Central Park Station.

Central Park Station and the new Viaduct. The early 1900's...

118 years ago today... President McKinley and Leon Czolgosz; the assassin, first met at Central Park Station on the Belt Line. Leon Czolgosz met the train on arrival from Niagara Falls, a cannon fired to welcome the President, the windows of the train shattered and the crowd yelled "Anarchists!" This scared off the assassin and he tried again later at the Pan Am Exposition. Central Park Station is a commercial building now used as a home.
