After reading their reviews online I called to see if they accepted my health insurance and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Patient Coordinator, Annette was extremely accommodating and helped get me an appointment on the same day. When I entered the office she greeted me by name and made me instantly feel at ease. I waited no longer then two minu...tes to see dental hygienist, Carli who made the uncomfortable positions of teeth x-ray seamless and comfortable. In addition to cleaning my teeth explained issues and problems both during and after my visit. Her expertise and professionalism is not only noteworthy but commendable.Before leaving Dr. Abrahamian took a look at my teeth reiterated what Carli had seen and saw and give me expert advice and made me feel beyond comfortable so much so I look forward to my routine cleanings/visits. Dr Parshin was thorough in explaining what I needed for my particular dental situation and what wasn’t necessary. It was clear that he’s knowledgeable and cares about his patients and isn’t looking to make us spend money unnecessarily. I was hesitant about visiting a new dentist because I’ve had some experiences with dentists in the past who were rude, and even unprofessional, but I had a good experience with both Dr. Parshin and his staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Our expectations were high and this office did not disappoint! Everyone in the office is professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Parshin and Kat, one of the hygienists, were so amazing with my daughter. She was super nervous on her first ever visit to the dentist. She went in dreading the experience and, by the time they were done, she was excitedly asking me when her next appointment was. They left such a good impression on me after my first appointment; i had to ask my wife to try them out one day and she thought the same after her first appointment: we cant wait for our follow up visits. We both need a good amount of work done and we felt comfortable with the way they patiently communicate and walk you through the procedures.Everyone in this office are friendly, helpful and professional.
