The first options is a White Chocolate Cream with Berries Verrine... * This dessert is layered with a white chocolate cremeux, raspberry gelee, and strawberry chemeux. On top, there’s a fluffy strawberry whipped cream and garnished with fresh berries and white chocolate pearls. The second option is a Tiramisu Verrine * This dessert is our take on a classic tiramisu. It’s layered with a mascarpone cream, chocolate sponge, and espresso syrup then topped with a dusting of cocoa powder.
