We’re showing some #WCW love to two powerhouses: Our own Deputy Executive Director, fearless leader, and gracious friend, Alexa Donnelly, and the team at JMT Media who created this vision, led by Jaclyn Taraconte. Get to know our Commander in Chief, and be sure to follow @JMTMedia!

"Nearly 100,000 New Yorkers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) supported and served in community-based settings have yet to be placed within a priority vaccination group. In response, The Arc New York has launched a state-wide grassroots campaign, sending the message to all state and federal representatives that all people with I/DD should receive Phase 1 vaccination priority. Kim Donnelly-Adebola was a beloved mother, daughter, friend, colleague, and advocate in the disability community. She has left her legacy and made the world a better place. We remember her generous, giving spirit, the very embodiment of person centered. There aren't enough words to describe the amazing person she was. To know her is to love her, and we wanted to pay tribute to this beautiful human. We love you, Kim. -Big thanks to Gotham Trinity Productions https://youtu.be/xEozqL9fn8E-

Virtual events, classes, and telehealth appointments provide greater accessibility for disabled people and Teen Vogue's article speaks more about it.
