Good Evening everyone, FYI: I know everyone is in a panic over the recent disease outbreak, but it is NOT worth cleaning out Walmart or the local drug store for all it's disinfectants. Panic is never the solution but education and prevention. There are other alternatives to chemicals such as vinegar and hydrogen peroxide when conventional household disinfectants are unavailable. Hydrogen peroxide or vinegar mixed with lemons and/or oranges peels will kill bacteria and viruses... on any surface. That same vinegar solution can also be used as an air freshener. Hydrogen peroxide will kill surface bacteria immediately upon contact. Hospitals and nursing care centers use these solutions all the time to clean patient care areas to prevent reactions to the vapors from conventional household cleaners. Bleach and ammonia can kill you if combined together so becareful when using these products, read the label carefully.
