This year has been unlike any other, and we’re humbled and grateful to be here. Thanks to the 25 people who chose to embark on our virtual teacher training. To the people who donated during our first pause and the people who came back or joined us since then seeking another way to stay sane & connect.... We’re so glad to have Laura on the team! Did you know she spent her younger years at dance and yoga studios? (the same childhood dance school as our founder, Danielle)!! She graduated with a BFA in dance from The College at Brockport, SUNY in 2018 and is currently teaching dance at @fitzsimmonsdancefactory , and is a company member of Frazee Feet Dance. @frazeefeetdance Her passion for movement pushed her to become Yoga, Pilates and Barre certified after undergraduate... studies. Laura enjoys creative sequencing mixed with fundamental exercise to create a balanced class and body.
