Spring Art Show Check out the second grade art displayed in the window at 26 Main Street: "Art during the Covid Pandemic." The assignment was to create Shadow Pie Boxes with the theme "The Secret World of______." Ms Dashef compiled some photos of projects the students created during their remote time and put them on a fabric to display.

The state outlines the personnel categories here (eligible categories are between First Responders & Individuals Working in Homeless Shelters): https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/phased-distribution-va REGISTRATION FOR THIS WEEK'S POD EVENT All Vaccine distribution events hosted by Washington County are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and registration will be online on our Coronavirus site (which will include the live registration link, when it opens tomorrow at 9:00 AM): washingtoncountyny.gov/coronavirus **IF YOU HAVE INTERNET PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR HELP LINE, PLEASE LEAVE THE HELP LINE FOR THOSE WITHOUT INTERNET ACCESS WHO DESPARATELY NEED IT** ADVISEMENT: Appointments will go quickly, please be sure to check the site at 9:00 AM, last week's appointments were all booked in just a few minutes, the link is removed when registration is full. I WANT TO BE VACCINATED, WHAT CAN I DO? County Public Health is only one of the many options available for access to vaccination (and many of the others receive larger allocations of vaccine than the counties), we encourage everyone in our communities to ensure you explore every available option if you want to be vaccinated! - Are you eligible? http://bit.ly/COVID19_AmIEligible (state sites) - Check our site for updates: washingtoncountyny.gov/coronavirus - No internet access? Call (518)746-2422 (County events / info) - No internet access? Call (833)NYS-4VAX (state run sites) - Check with your Healthcare Provider - Check with local Pharmacies (65 and older) --> Walgreens at http://bit.ly/Walgreens_CovidVax --> Rite Aid at http://bit.ly/RiteAid_CovidVax --> CVS at http://bit.ly/CVS_CovidVax --> Hannaford at http://bit.ly/Hannaford_CovidVax We understand the continued frustration from many in our communities who want to be vaccinated and are continuing to have difficulties in securing an appointment. We are continuing to use every drop of vaccine we receive from the state quickly and are continuing to advocate and request to receive additional vaccine supply (especially for our 65 and over community members and those upcoming with comorbidities and underlying conditions (which goes into effect February 15, 2021 under the Governor's order) who so desperately need and want to be vaccinated). We extend our heartfelt thanks from all of our team members for the continued outpouring of support and positive feedback from our vaccine distribution events and efforts, we will continue working to get as many #shotsinarms as we can with our allocations of vaccine.
