We designed our office with the intent of orchestrating an exceptional experience for every patient and their families - the guiding principles of which were privacy, comfort, and safety. Treatment chairs are separated by solid surface partitions to ensure patient privacy and safety. Our open, bright reception area has always allowed for comfortable distance. With a separate entry and exit to our treatment area, two-way traffic in our central corridor is avoided completely.... Our dedicated consultation room offers private space for our new families and patients alike. We have always exceeded OSHA and CDC protocols for sterilization and disinfection our patients mean the world to us and we would accept nothing less. Nevertheless, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional measures so we may continue to provide the highest level of care to our patients, and ensure the safety and health of our patient family and staff. When your first appointment is made, look for an email detailing these changes. With over 1000 appointments needing to be rescheduled, your patience is appreciated.
