An overview of our Capital Project plans with an open Q&A for community feedback and questions. The vote is scheduled for December 8th, 2020. Any questions can be asked in the comments and addressed live or in our 3rd and final session on November 30th.

The Penn Yan Biomedical Science classes are holding an apparel fundraiser. All profit made from the sale of these shirts will go to the Keuka Comfort Care Home. Please consider purchasing one of these awesome shirts to help this worthy cause.

Congratulations to Casey, our Rotary Student of the Month! Casey is an 11th grade honor student at PYA. She will be graduating a year early so she can attend either Keuka College or FLCC to start her degree in Psychology. When I look at the activities that Casey is involved in, I think of the Rotary motto, Service Above Self. Casey exemplifies these words in her service at PYA. She is on the yearbook committee creating a book of memories for the PYA student body. This is no...t an easy feat due to COVID-19 and the lack of school activities. She is a member of the Pep Club working with others to create fun events for the students of PYA. She is a member of Drama Club. Casey is also a member of FFA, which she volunteers her time and talents to. Casey’s membership in these clubs represent why she is the Rotary Student of Month. She works diligently in all these organizations to bring about a positive outlook for our students. See more

Although we are unable to host our annual Veterans Day Ceremony at Penn Yan Academy, Penn Yan Central School District students wanted to share their appreciation for the service and sacrifice of our Nation’s veterans past and present.
