With all of the uncertainty going on right now, we want to give everyone an update on how we will be proceeding at the studio. Due to the governor’s mandate, we are temporarily suspending in-person sessions. Our main priority is everyone’s health and safety. During this difficult time, we know how important exercise is for both physical and mental health. We are very excited to now offer 30 min or 1 hour, live personal training sessions through Zoom. You will not need ...any equipment but if you have some, let us know and we will work it into your session. Zoom is a free app that is very user friendly. We are now scheduling for this upcoming week, so please contact us to set up your sessions and go over session pricing. We can do payments directly over the phone. After you schedule, We will send you detailed instructions on how to download the app and get set up. We have always had the pleasure of working with each of our wonderful clients and are very excited to continue doing so in this new format. These are challenging times for everyone but we look forward to getting through it together! Thom and Tiffany
