People ask us all the time, "do we HAVE to get batteries from you?" or "I need my battery TODAY is there anywhere else I can pick one up!?" Well, the answer is we highly recommend purchasing your batteries through us and here's why... The use of a non-authorized battery will influence your warranty, resulting in a higher replacement fee and/or void your warranty completely... We custom order our batteries to fit perfectly in your Pet Stop receiver. Other batteries can cause damage to the receiver like the two pictured below Our batteries are guaranteed to last 6-8 months!
