Philipstown Lakeland Taxpayers

I keep track of all recent sales in Philipstown and bring them to the attention to the Philipstown Assessor, Brian Kenny. Most of the over assessed properties are $450K and less. Over $450k and up seem to be under assessed, some of the most expensive older properties are grossly under assessed. Keeping an eye on the situation and sending my comments often.
