Despite the early icy weather, our Little League had a successful first Winter Session across Baseball and Softball. From Coach Pitch through Majors, winter indoor sessions at the Recreation Department Gym are included with Spring 2022 registration. Hello Philipstown Baseball Players/Parents This winter we will be holding off-season indoor sessions at the Philipstown Recreation Department Gym. Starting on Sunday January 9th, and every Sunday through February 27th, we will hold three sessions:... 12:30 PM -1:30 PM for Minors Coach Pitch 1:30 PM-2:30 PM for Minors Player Pitch or Majors (alternating) 2:30 PM-3:30 PM for Minors Player Pitch or Majors (alternating) Participation is not necessary to play in the Spring season. However, in order to participate in winter sessions, it is a requirement that you register for Spring 2022 Baseball. You may attend as many sessions as you would like. Registrations are currently open on our site: https://www.philipstownlittleleague.com/Default.aspx Parents, if you would like to help with the sessions (which we need!!) please be sure to sign up as a volunteer coach when registering your player. Please choose Head Coach if interesting in running sessions, or Assistant Coach if you would like to just come run a station. We are implementing GameChanger for teams this season to aid in scheduling and attendance, and registration allows us to facilitate practice notifications, RSVPs, and many other benefits. Our impressive 12U run has come to an end. The District 17 champs, playing short handed and their third day in a row, came up short Tuesday in Sectional play.
