This morning we were so happy to bring PhotoGraphics 2 owner Don Zinteck a check for the work he's had done to his building in the Elmwood Village! There are a lot of people to thank for their efforts and patience... Push Green/Push Buffalo and especially Sheila Richards Perez...for making us aware and giving us the opportunity to 1.) make our facilities more energy efficient (through energy audits, lighting retrofits, building cavity insulation, and high end energy efficient windows, and 2.) assist us in obtaining incentive grants for roof and facade improvements. The Elmwood Village Association made us aware and kept u...s informed of such opportunities through information sessions and community meetings. As a self employed small business owner, reinvesting in your business and your property became much easier while working with these agencies (and obviously their goal of neighborhood revitalization)!
