The Murph is more than just another workout. It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and dedicate a bit of pain. It is an opportunity to honor Lt. Mi...chael P. Murphy and all the other men and woman who have given the ultimate sacrifice. Who’s planning their Memorial Day Wod? Just because gyms are closed doesn’t mean we can’t continue the tradition. Find a family member or close friend and get it done! Feel free to message me on how to approach this type of workout. And share the time lapse video!

A Gym Membership is purchased through an 8-class punch card ($96) or a 12-class punch card ($120). Is it worth it? Absolutely! You will have fun while getting fit. It’s a supportive environment with people who want to see you succeed. You’re always learning something new. All while being educated on how to move safely and efficiently. Important to remember with the (hopefully) influx of new folks at your gym! Consider giving a positive word or two for the new folks instead of putting them down. You might just end up being the reason they stick with their healthier habits! Be kind, be courteous and help show them the ropes a bit. We're all after the same outcome...to better ourselves each day! -RP
Start the New Year off right! As a new member, you will go through a free, sit-down consultation. Then you will complete 5 days of intro classes. There is no preparation or baseline fitness required. The intro class will ease you in gently with a lot of instruction from a well-educated coach. In addition to learning the movements and equipment, you will also gain the knowledge to properly approach and modify workouts. At the end of the intro classes, if you decide you would like to continue with a membership, you will be able to easily sign up in the gym and schedule your regular class time that works best for you.
