This January marks 20 years since Harmonious opened its doors. Incredible, rewarding and humbling journey.

How is your body today? That’s what Wojciech Telacki, my Physical Therapist and expert Pilates teacher @harmoniouspilates asks me at the start of every session. Between 2009 and 2012 I had four spine operations for severe herniated discs. That’s what it took to make me realize that I had to do something to strengthen my core and protect my back.... Since then, at least twice a week, my sessions with Wojciech combine physical therapy and Pilates. Without question, he has helped me avoid more surgery on my spine.
