We're proud to be one of very few SaaS and HRTech businesses that is certified LGBT-owned. PILOT has been a member of the NGLCC - The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce since 2018 and has benefited greatly from our participation. This means our customers who value Diversity & Inclusion can include their spend with us in annual Corporate Social Responsibility reports and metrics. Small and diverse businesses are not only job creators that fuel our economy, they'r...e also critical to seeing problems from different perspectives and designing better products and solutions. While ensuring management/executive ranks have diversity is critically important, so is making sure that ownership is diverse, to make the potential contrarian decisions that yield powerful innovation. Today we celebrate being a diverse-owned small business. In 2021 we encourage you to include a diverse supply chain as part of your broader Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.

Ben Brooks, our Founder and CEO, shares his desire to empower HR to make data-driven decisions and be more strategic and entrepreneurial in their vision with Matt Burns on Thinking Inside the Box Podcast. He discusses the need for HR teams to evolve and accelerate their professional careers to share in the rewards of the impact they create. https://open.spotify.com/episode/77IWYlGSFh0t79Ka6nwX8c
