The Sierra Club Long Island Group, a non-profit organization, is the nation’s longest standing volunteer driven environmental organization. Its purpose is to ‘explore, enjoy and protect the planet’. It does this by educating the public and influencing public policy decisions legislative, legal, and electoral. We produced this short public announcement video which demonstrates the compelling struggle facing this ancient creature. There have been five mass extinctions on Earth and the horseshoe crab has survived each one. But the question remains: Will they surviveThe human age?

Heads up folks -- the Manhattan Film Festival starts tomorrow and my film BROKEN LINES, a true story of struggle, fate and transcendence, will be shown Sunday the 22nd at 5:30PM at the Cinema Village, 22 East 12th Street.
