Due to an unforeseen illness of our full-time bookkeeper, we have an immediate opening for an experienced and proficient QuickBooks bookkeeper. We are a remodeling/home improvement company. Responsibilities include A/R, A/P, invoicing, reconciliation, and P&L. There will also be some payroll/timesheet duties. There are many job invoices with small ticket amounts to log and track. Our CPA will train you on our unique QuickBooks data entry requirements. QuickBooks experience is... an absolute must for this position. Only applicants who submit a resume will be considered.
