Over the weekend our delivery driver received a few amazing notes left by some young Pizza Boise fans. It’s the little things that keep us going. We appreciate the notes more than you know. Keep being great Marcellus community.

We have been in constant contact with all of our workers and everyone is in great health and everyone is very excited to get back to work this coming Wednesday. If anyone would like to place any pre-orders for any days feel free to send us a message and we will arrange it. Just a reminder we will be open at 11:00am Wednesday and then closed Thursday and Friday (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) and will be back open for normal hours starting Saturday at noon.

If you have been following our credit card terminal fiasco caused by a power surge Thursday morning, we have updates. Not good updates however. The shipment of our new terminal has been delayed and UPS has our expected time of arrival as tomorrow by noon unfortunately. The excuse that was given to us for the delay was because of the weather (yes we are baffled at the excuse as well). We have set up Venmo as a secondary payment option to attempt to accommodate this inconvenience. If that is not an option for you then we can do cash or the only way to utilize a credit method is for us to hold onto the information to be run tomorrow on the new terminal. Once again we are sorry for any inconvenience as we are equally as frustrated with this whole scenario.

Arrived in the shop this morning to find that there was some sort of power surge overnight which unfortunately fried our credit card terminals hardware. The only remedy we were offered by the company because it was a malfunction caused by unforeseen circumstances is that they will overnight us a new terminal. So for hopefully just today we will be forced to go to cash only however if it is absolutely necessary for you to use credit they have given me phone numbers to call and enter the information to authorize the transaction and they will be batched out on our new terminal when it arrives. So please bare with us as we maneuver through yet another unnecessary headache due to technology malfunctions.

Hi everyone! We want to address what we have seen arising with recent food delivery service app orders, namely GrubHub, in the past couple of weeks. What we have seen is on occasion the orders are not picked up in a timely fashion, sometimes up to an hour after the order has been placed and in one instance not at all. We also have no control over what happens with your order once it leaves the shop. This post is absolutely not intended to bash local drivers or deter any custo...mer from ordering in whichever way is most convenient to them. This post is more intended to highlight what our experience has been and to remind everyone that we offer a timely in house delivery service that allows us to have control over your order from the time the order is placed until the second it is in your hands. We also want to inform you that the price you will pay on a food delivery service app is higher than the price you would pay ordering directly from us. Our delivery hours are Monday-Wednesday 4 PM until close, Thursday-Saturday 11 AM until close and Sunday 12 PM until close. We promise that during those hours we will always work to accommodate customer prefences (such as non-contact delivery) and we will always strive to get your food delivered in a timely manner. Hello everyone. We have an update on the status of the refunds from the double batch last weekend (July 18). We were informed by our processor that because of the high volume of refunds being processed that it would take 7-10 business days from the day it was initiated. Since we initiated those refunds on last Monday (July 20) they will be issued this week by Friday at the latest if not sooner. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we echo your frustration through this process.

Hi everyone. Over the weekend we had a few issues with our credit card terminal. When fixing everything with the technical support team all of our credit transactions were batched out twice. Our processor attempted to kill the second batch but wasn’t able to do so in time so all customers who ordered Saturday (July 18th) were charged twice (if paid with a card). We have already contacted our processor and they are issuing refunds for all of those second transactions and they have informed us the refund unfortunately might take until the end of the week to hit your cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you but the situation is in the process of being remedied, if you have any questions feel free to give us a call.

Pizza Boise will be CLOSED Friday 7/3 through Monday 7/6 to take a short vacation with our families to celebrate 4th of July Weekend. Since the start of the pandemic, we were met with much uncertainty on how business would be affected. We are humbled to say that due to the support of this awesome community we have put together the busiest months on record and for that we are entirely grateful. We will reopen on Tuesday July 7th. When we return, we will be extending our hours on Fridays and Saturdays and will once again be open until 9 PM. Thank you for understanding and enjoy the Holiday Weekend!

Received some very cool posters in the mail today from Hometown Scenes. If anyone is interested, we have a few extra if you would like to have a portrait of Marcellus in your home.

We will be opening at 3:00pm tomorrow (June 9th) as we are receiving a large equipment order in the morning and we will need time to put our kitchen back in order for the nightly rush. Thank you for understanding.

Just because lent is over doesn’t mean we have to stop eating fish on Fridays. With that being said, because our early bird special of 2 fish dinners for $20 (plus tax, 3:00-5:00) was such a hit we will be extending this offer until the end of April. Let’s get fishy
