Bill Hendershot was so exceptional as my go to sales person there at Auto mall ... that was the first time i shopped for a new car last year .. i went back and purchased a total of THREE vehicles in the last few months.. I mentioned to Bill several months ago exactly what i was looking for, then, a couple of weeks ago, he texted me with the details of the exact vehicle i had been hoping for.. 2021 Willy's Jeep, standard stick fully loaded :) ..i went over, the jeep was hardly even out of plastic yet, i was in love.. DONE deal.. Rico is excellent colleague(GM) to Bill.. the entire staff including the service dept (Meghan) is wonderful to deal with.. they are all helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, actually care about the service they deliver.. even the bathrooms were clean.. this dealership is like a breath of fresh air in todays market...i usually purchase a new vehicle every 3 years, this is the first returning to Auto mall since purchasing from there many years ago .. after my first purchase this past winter, the staff welcomed me back each time even just to say Hello or show them all something i did to a new vehicle ( decal, etc.) i am 71 years old, last year when i pulled out of the lot there the first time after having purchased a decked out Jeep wrangler, one previously owned by a much younger off roader, several of the staff watched me take command of the vehicle, encouraged me on, then applauded as i pulled away ... that was a beautiful human moment of strangers wishing someone good luck and support.. how often does that happen today ??.. well our community is blessed to have such an awesome group of experienced people right here in our neighborhood ..thank you all for this dealership, it delivers far more than just decent vehicles..
