Our affiliation with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library continues to get lots of books into the smallest hands in Chemung and Steuben counties. Yay! If you have... a youngster in either county who has not yet had his/her 5th birthday, register them for this free book program at www.uwst.org. Exciting offer: our friends at Science & Discovery Center have three full scholarships to give out to students in grades 4-6 for our Engineering Camp, being he...ld at the Arnot Mall. The camp is August 5-9, 8:30-12:30. There is no financial requirements to take advantage of these scholarships. They only requirement is to reside in Elmira/Elmira Heights/Elmira Southside. The scholarships are being provided by the Kiwanis Club in Elmira, so they want to use it to benefit students in the area where they are located.
