Week 37 Entering the home stretch! It’s pretty unreal that in 3 weeks (maybe less ) this being that’s been kicking me for months will be outside of my body. Even though I want to complain about my exhaustion, back pain or constant trips to pee, I won’t. . . I feel incredible grateful to be carrying this little girl who will soon enter the world. A quick and easy meal with 5 ingredients! - tomatoes - cucumber - feta cheese... - chick peas - Optional add ins: bell pepper, olives, avocado, leftover chicken/salmon/shrimp, quinoa Chop your veggies & feta, drain & rinse chick peas and dress in olive oil and vinegar, that's it!

Spinach & kale chicken salad 3 minute lunch prep! I took leftover roasted chicken and threw it in the food processor with 1 tbsp mayo + a handful of kale and baby spinach I always need a crunch with chicken salad so I used the mini rice crackers from @traderjoes . Delicious!

Cake batter cookies Adapted recipe from @_littlemissfoodie . . 1 1/4c almond flour... 1 tbsp @lakantosweetener granulated sweetener 2 tsp baking powder 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides 1 egg 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp @rxbar almond butter 1/4c @colorkitchenfoods sprinkles . . Whisk together dry ingredients then incorporate the wet ingredients. Use a cookie scoop to make ~10 cookies. Bake for 12-15 minutes . . Stats per cookie: ~100 calories, <1g sugar, 5g protein! See more
