Today, I was appointed and took the Oath of Office to fill the unexpired term as a Trustee of the Village of Pomona, Pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 30. I ask for your prayers as I embark once again on this journey as your Public Servant, and ask that you hold this Village, myself, and my family in your hearts and prayers. I would like to thank Mayor Banks for this opportunity, for the trust he has placed in me - despite our differences - so that we can move forward and work in the best interests (always) of this Village!

Would like to Alleviate all concerns for my fellow Rocklander’s with respect to the Ramapo Mafia and their politically connected developers and the Rabbincal Co...llege yet to be proposed in Pomona! Recently I - as a named defendant in the case regarding the Rabbinical College of Tartikov - was notified that Tartikov filed a PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI. This is a request by Tartikov to the US Supreme Court to request the court hear the case for possible appeal. SCOTUS must grant permission first; If no request is granted, the Court of Appeals decision stands and the little but powerful Village of Pomona wins AGAIN! It is highly improbable that SCOTUS will grant the Rabbincal College’s request - another LOSS for Tartikov. However, should SCOTUS grant the Petition request And hear the case, myself as a named defendant, has the right to ensure that another vigorous defense is mounted to ensure Tartikov fails in their false allegations again! I am bolstered by my beliefs that based on the current deliberate Malfeasance and Maldminiatration of the current board, that a separate defense will probably occur and that the strategic vision established in 2007, 2011, and 2015 will continue to prevail and be required in order to protect the residents interests despite, the current board of trustees and their alignment with the Ramapo Mafia and corrupt developers; the board currently has a 3/5 Orthodox advantage - at least until September when a special election is being held - and all village residents are encouraged to exercise your right to vote and remove at least one of these criminals from office! As a named defendant with qualified immunity, should this stupidity by the current board manifest itself into the Tartikov case as well, I will request AND the Village will still have to pay for - my defense, even if separate - despite the change in administrations. It must be noted that it was under my Administration that we won Tartikov! It was also under my administration where we eventually prevailed and successfully defended the villages position and actions in other false claims by the Ramapo Mafia! Despite the claims by the socialist progressives in this county as to my (ALLEGED) discriminatory practices, recent decisions in Tartikov, Pomona 306, Klein v Village is Pomona ZBA, and TAL Properties v Village of Pomona, have proven the DESPERATE nature of the corrupt Ramapo Mafia and that these individuals are on the run! The current administration may think they hold an advantage, however, I will ensure the village’s interests and not Tartikov’s friend’s interests are achieved! And can do such by being a NAMED defendant! While the current administration and their politically connected Ramapo Mafia developers are playing chess, I’m playing three dimensional chess and have and will continue to wipe the floor with these idiots! What’s really interesting is that Tartikov claimed ( falsely ) In December 2019 they had won. And it was inaccurately reported as such by LOHUD paper too. If you had only read the first few and last pages of the US Court of Appeals decision you would have inappropriately concluded that Pomona lost! Had the entire decision been read, by at least the media, they would have determined that the Court of Appeals ruled in OUR (Pomona’s) favor! But this was the false narrative spin by Tartikov and their desperate attempt to save face( these actions for a ‘supposed’ religious entity speaks volumes to their moral character and nature and are a far cry froM the true teachings of their religion. If Tartikov had won the village would have had to bond or pay ( thru taxation) $5.2 million! Nothing has been paid!! And IF they HAD won, why are they requesting to have the case heard??? Because they didn’t win as claimed , but lost miserably! My fellow Rocklander’s, the tide is finally turning against the Ramapo Mafia! Coyotes in Area Dear Residents, It has come to our attention that in the Chamberlaine, Secor, Oak Ridge, and Grey Beech areas of the Village, that coyotes have been spotted.... Please be careful when walking about outdoors and do not leave children unattended outside. Coyotes prey on bigger prey, as well as eat snakes, insects, fruit and grass. They have been known to kill livestock and pets, but they usually help control agricultural pests, such as rodents. Please ensure that all garage is secured in appropriate containers and NOT plastic bags.
