AS OF JUNE 1ST, 2021 OUR EXAM PROTOCOL WILL CHANGE! Please read below for a detailed explanation of our new exam protocol. -AS OF JUNE 1ST, 2021- 1 client will be allowed to be present (inside our facility) during their pets exam. (if you have a small child under 10 with you, they will be allowed to enter)... -Upon your arrival please continue to call inside from your car to check-in. -Remain in your car until the technician calls you to meet at the front door to be escorted inside. -If you did not schedule your appointment, and your pet is not having an emergency, you will not be allowed to enter into the facility. ONLY scheduled or emergent appointments will be allowed to be present during their pets exam in order for us to continue to maintain a safe environment for our staff and clients. -ALL CLIENTS MUST CONTINUE TO WEAR A MASK, EVEN IF THEY ARE VACCINATED. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE TO BE ALLOWED INTO OUR FACILITY.
