Historic preservation in cities like Buffalo requires innovative solutions to handle unique problems. This is an excellent example of one developed by Preservation Buffalo Niagara in collaboration with the City and Housing Court Judge Carney. Great work!

What a year it was for Historic Preservation in Buffalo, thanks in no small part to the work of Preservation Buffalo Niagara! Check out their Annual Report for 2020, and if you are able, consider donating to express your support.

Despite unpredicted burdens, Preservation Buffalo Niagara had a very productive 2020. They've kept busy in part by administering the Historic Home Loan Fund (HHLF), which provides low income homeowners in Buffalo with finances to help them preserve locally designated homes. Great work PBN!
