I live with this condition and it is a continuous fight, Having to live this way isn't fair or even right. I live with uncertainty, never knowing how I'll feel,... Each day is different, trust me this is real. I am living with complications, battling the constant pain, taking medications and doing treatment and surgery, getting around has become a strain. I am living with limitations that are starting to overwhelm me, it controls everything that I do, the fatigue is consuming me and I struggle to make it through every day. I will fight to the end of when life will no longer let me live, but I am asking for help to anyone who can save me from the decades of pain and struggle I have endured. People ask me all the time "how are you doing?" I always replied "OK". I am NOT. People always say' "if you need anything just ask, we are here for you." I am swallowing my pride and I will tell you what I need---a kidney. I have not personally asked since 1991 for help with this. I need a 100% match and have been waiting 17 years with no luck. That one person that can help me and that wants to "IS" out there. I just don't know how to reach them.
