For the last 3 weeks, Chris was in Lima, Peru, as a PT for #TeamUSA at the Pan American Games. He was nominated by USA Track and Field and later formally invited by the USOPC. Outside of his duties of keeping the athletes healthy, he was honored to attend both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies! #USATF #PanAmericanGames

Flashback to this past winter: Chris was chosen to be one of the team PTs for US Snowboarding at the FIS World Championships in Park City, Utah. He took care of the Boardercross team which came away with 2 gold medals!

Recently, Chris spent time in Omaha, NE with the Banzai Volleyball Club. He presented to coaches, athletes, and parents a short lecture on injury prevention and provided a thorough demonstration of a proper dynamic warmup program.
