Can you keep a secret? - Good! But share this one - Having a wide range of movements incorporated into your day to day life, whether you have pain or not, is so important! ... - Try these out and see how they feel. Take your time with all of these and the more you do the better! - As always, if these moves cause you pain, decrease the range of movement. If pain persists, stop the exercise! See more
You kneed to watch this.... - Get it? It’s a post on knee pain.. kneed? Ok cool - This is a great move to help with knee pain (and even ankle stability )!... - There are so many muscles that attach into the knee and this one works on a lot of them - Make sure to keep the knee bend in a pain free range, even if you can only bend them a little bit, that’s totally fine. And most importantly, take your time! - As always, if this move causes you pain, decrease the range of movement. If pain persists, stop the exercise! See more
Just a friendly reminder... - Don’t listen to the noise, negativity, and the things that don’t matter Focus on what YOU want and YOUR goals - There will always be people who doubt you or who want to see you fail. ... Fudge that! You push onwards and kill it out there anyway! See more
Because you deserve to be happy and feel amazing - Pain relief is hard to find but just because you didn’t find it yet, don’t think for a SECOND that it doesn’t exist - Shop around, look around, and hey, if your current provider isn’t helping, FIND A NEW ONE!!
Contrary to popular belief! - Braces have their place and their place is in the closet or somewhere out of reach! - Work on the issue instead of placing a bandaid on it
Tight hamstrings?! - Not after trying this power combo! - A lot of people think static stretching helps with hamstring tightness.... but the truth is that it does very little for long-term relief ... - What DOES help is active movement THROUGH available range of motion activation of tight muscles can help tremendously - With that being said take your time with this one! - As always, if this move causes you pain, decrease the range of motion. If pain persists, stop the exercise! See more
